A: Dental health is essential to your body’s overall health! Regular visits to the dentist prevent tooth decay, gum disease, and bad breath. It also keeps your smile healthy and white! If you go long periods without seeing the dentist, your mouth can develop preventable issues that lead to costly procedures.

A: As soon as baby teeth start coming in. We recommend one year old at the latest.

A: Consistently brush twice per day. Floss once per day. Remember to gently scrub your gums and clean your tongue as well. To prevent cavities, avoid sugary foods. To prevent gum disease, stained teeth, and oral cancer, avoid tobacco products.
